Error:"No handlers could be found for logger "ambari_agent.AmbariConfig"" when starting an Ambari agent

Problem Description:
When starting ambari-agent, the following error is displayed:
ambari-agent start
Verifying Python version compatibility...
Using python  /usr/bin/python
Checking for previously running Ambari Agent...

In /var/log/ambari-agent/ambari-agent.log, the following is displayed:
File contains no section headers.
file: /etc/ambari-agent/conf/ambari-agent.ini, line:

Cause:
This indicates that the /etc/ambari-agent/conf/ambari-agent.ini file is either corrupted or have some invalid characters. In this case, there were junk lines at the beginning of the file when copying the file to update ambari-agent.ini.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, remove the junk lines from /etc/ambari-agent/conf/ambari-agent.ini and start ambari-agent.
